Certified Tester - Expert Level (in preparation):

The Expert Level is designed for experienced professional software testers and consists of a series of modules on various specialist themes. The syllabus is currently under development in the ISTQB and the national boards. Planned modules include: Improving the Test Process, Test Management, Test Automation, TTCN-3 etc.

TTCN-3-Certificate:

The TTCN-3-Certificate provides the concepts, techniques and application of the Testing and Test Control Notation (TTCN-3). It is independent of the Certified Tester scheme, although work is in progress to set up a Certified Tester Expert Level module for TTCN-3 with the same content. This will enable specialization in TTCN-3 to be shown with the TTCN-3-Certificate and expertise to be demonstrated with the ISTQB Expert Level, which will require the Foundation and Advanced Level Certificates as preconditions.
