The German Testing Board (GTB) e.V. has together with the Austrian Testing Board (ATB) and the Swiss Testing Board (STB) released the ISTQB^® Foundation Level Syllabus 2010 in German. The Syllabus, which is valid as of 1^st October 2010, is published in the download area of the German Testing Board’s website (see Downloads).

The German-language version of the Foundation Level Syllabus 2010 was developed in close cooperation with the testing boards of Austria (ATB) and Switzerland (STB).
It is based on the 2010 version of the English-language Foundation Level Syllabus, but contains adaptations, which were required to achieve conformity with the German-language glossary, as well as implemented change requests.

In accordance with the ISTQB^® exam question guideline 2010, GTB-authorized exams in Germany will be compatible with both the current CTFL Syllabus 2010 and the previous CTFL Syllabus 2007 until 30.03.2011. This will give training providers sufficient time to change their training materials.
